Owen Barry is a friendly family-run independent business, founded in 1948. Our skilled team lovingly create all of our products by hand in Somerset, England. We have 3 divisions within our factory, interiors, outerwear/accessories, and handbags, everything is hand-cut and made from the finest leather, cowhide and sheepskin, which is sustainably resourced as close to home as possible. All Owen Barry products are supported with a Lifetime full repair or replacement guarantee. We have an extensive product knowledge, that together with our friendly unwavering customer service ensures that dealing with OB is a pain-free and profitable experience for the professional retailer. OB are long time exporters supplying the USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea and Australia, + parts of Europe. Our customers range from department stores to boutique independents and specialist retailers, both online and brick and mortar based. We have a conflict of interest policy e.g. a minimum 3-mile radius in the UK, The skins we use are all a 100% by-product of the food industry, over 92% of our materials are from non-virgin resources, and we are Green Growth certified. Owen Barry works hard to reduce our carbon footprint through energy efficiencies, monitoring our environmental performances and those of our accredited suppliers, plus advancing our circular initiatives, throughout the OB community locally and globally.
