We order a lot of containers and plant products for our specialty plant shop. This was honestly one of the worst packing job I've ever received from a vendor. Especially a high-end vendor like Lechuza. Containers were scuffed up, pon bags were broken open. Not the shippers fault at all. Thin cardboard boxes with just a bit of air bag packing between easily scratched containers. Products would be excellent if not for their poor shipping practices. Can't file a return or refund either it seems.
