Platinum (Pt) Scattered is a gorgeous holographic nail polish. This nail polish has a clear base and is full of holographic glitter and flakes. It is a topper that can be used on your favorite base coat, or used on it's own for a subtle holo effect. Use a good base and top coat to get more durability and longevity from your manicure! All of our polishes are cruelty free, vegan and 5-free (free of camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or formaldehyde resins.)
