The product quality is great. We love the products and they've got a good price point. However, shipping time really lagged and the shipping time kept changing so it was challenging on our end

The hats were great. Loved them. They took a long time to ship but the owners contacted me after I asked them why it was taking so long. They said they just got their new shipment sent in. Ok. I was satisfied with that but then I received a email stating half of my order couldn’t be fulfilled. Really unsatisfactory customer service to do that. I waited weekend for the products and then got half of my order. I didn’t want to wait for back order so I got what I got
