Shipping time was WAYY off, communication was almost non existent after I reached out about a update, and I requested the order to be canceled several times (and it was shipped anyways).. then when arrived the box was not taped and all of our shirts ended up soaking wet from the storm that rolled in (it came off the UPS truck soaked). I was so excited when I ordered, but this whole experience has been a major disappointment.
