I am happy with my first order but it's not easy with FedEx to retrieve the merchandise because I don't have a company. Fortunately, I live nearby. It's not very easy to understand customs duties or not... VAT or not... it should be clearer when placing orders. Moreover, we can't reach anyone at FedEx in France. That's the only problem because we never know if we will get our merchandise or not. I made 5 orders with Faire but it's not
