Im happy with the products I ordered, but there was an issue with shipping that caused a delay. When I alerted them, they said that they would have the issue fixed right away. Still no order. I notified them again & asked them to just send another shipment. They said they did, but still no delivery. I requested the tracking # & got no response. Finally the original order came. I never received tracking info about the 2nd shipment so I doubt they even sent it. Communication could have been better

The products are excellent, everything extremely well packaged, incredible quality, but the customs fees for France are double the order price, which unfortunately dampens the desire to place another order.
