I’ve ordered from this company for 2 years. I understand that there are struggles due to the pandemic. I feel quality is slipping. The way to sell this product is via tasting so add that labor to cost of sales. When you sample it sells!!!!! In this order, they gifted me with an item that is useless. I’m sorry to put down any gift, seriously though Country Home don’t gift unless it has a value. Skip a tumbler, gift me with a sample or something that is related to the product you are selling.
