About this product
DOP Primitivo di Manduria. Garnet red with purple hues. Intense aroma and flavor that recalls ripe red fruits and black cherry, notes of honey caramel, black pepper, dried figs and carobs. Smooth, full and round leaving a persistent taste; obtained by the wine-making method of lengthy soaking from selected grapes of old vines grown as small trees of Puglia. Harvest in the second half of September, 30 days of maceration, fermentation 30 days. Pairings with venison, gravy, spiced dishes, red meat, rich first courses. 15 % Vol. HS6 Tariff code: 70.10
