I thought the product was well packaged. The fragrances are nice. It's a bit disappointing that the label doesn't just show the beautiful animal, with perhaps the name on the back or bottom. The pictures were part of the appeal for me. Had I realized that ahead of time, I probably wouldn't have purchased them.

It isn't the quality of the products that have prompted me to give such a low review score. If you can get their products, the quality is always top notch. However I had been trying to purchase soaps for over six months. I had been assured by APT that they would restock by April/May 2025. However, once we reached June it became apparent that the soaps would not be restocked. I ordered candles instead. It took one full month to receive 8 candles. I consider this exceptionally poor service.
