It wouldn’t have been an issue if the turn around time is something that was stated on their account. I also messaged them a few times and it wasn’t until I asked for my order to be canceled that they replied. My order was okay. The stickers were thrown in a yellow envelope. The shimmer on my cards are pretty but the edges are were not cut clean.
