It must be filled with very fine white ash which makes it possible to hold the stick and allows it to burn up completely. Made by Akitsu ORII for Thelma Paris in his studio in Marseille. It is sold with its traditional balsa box. All the pieces are handmade so the piece is unique. Each may vary slightly in size and color. Each item is packed very carefully.
