Very disappointed in this order. The sterling silver chains I ordered for my shop arrived all tied together with a single garbage bag twist tie. All knotted together. On a positive note, I reached out & they were very responsive & said they'd be happy to help with the return/refund process. I find returns a hassle. I will simply go elsewhere.
