Uses: Elderberry Syrup is easy to use – Enjoy straight, 1 TBSP, followed by water or like liquid or mix with water juice or tea 1 oz to 8 oz of fluid. Elderberry Syrup is also easy to use, is sweeter and thicker than shrub with 10g sugar. Use 1 tablespoon for a 3500 mg serving of Elderberry. For Best Results: Refrigerate after opening. It is not necessary to heat this product to consume. For best results take once a day for maintenance of healthy immune response.
