Very satisfied with the speed and quality of products, etc. but if something (in my case quite a lot) turns out to be out of stock after ordering, it is extremely inconvenient. You should be able to count on the indicated products being available if they are marked as such. Also, not being given the chance to choose an alternative before shipping is very inconvenient. But maybe this is more due to Faire than Zwajomi? But definitely satisfied with the product itself.
