I ordered multiple times in the past and happy with the product. My last purchase felt like I received a grab bag from SHEIN. I contacted the vendor and with a delayed response she accepted my return and told me she would send out better quality product. I received the package like two weeks later empty. When I reached out, and another delayed response she said she would be sending them out again. I followed up for three weeks now with no tracking and no response. DISAPPOINTED AND LOSS!
