The chunks are typical snacks of the Italian tradition, and they look like small crunchy squares. They share the same dough as Tarallini Pugliesi, which involves the use of a few simple ingredients - flour, water and oil - enriched with black olives. We select only Italian and Apulian ingredients, strictly free of artificial colors and preservatives. The result is a versatile and light snack with low caloric value. The chunks can be used to accompany main courses and soups, but they find their ideal role in an aperitif, as an accompaniment to a drink and to olives, cold cuts and pickles.
