This organic cuvée prestige cider is made with apples selected from the typical varieties of the region, following the specifications of the AOP Pays-d'Auge. These fruits come from an orchard facing south on soils of chalk, cenomacian clay. Thus, the power of these soils has the power to regulate the water of the apple tree. Moreover, the apples are picked with an umbrella and left to ripen for 2 months in the shelter before pressing. These conditions give this cuvée power, aromatic finesse and sweetness. Consumption: aperitif, white meat, fish, aged camembert, fruit dessert. It is a 75cl bottle.
