We are committed to highlighting the French terroir, and more precisely Breton, where Original Mate is located. This recipe was developed exclusively with organic green mate that we import directly from the producer in Brazil and the plants and flowers sown, harvested manually, and naturally dried by Frédéric and Marie, Le Clos Fleuri, near Dinan (Brittany - 22). In this recipe, you will find optimal plant quality thanks to the producers' deep knowledge, respect, and work for their land and plants! PREPARATION TIPS: 🇦🇷 Argentine style (with a filtering straw) 1. Fill a cup or mug with 30 cl. 2. Add 1 tablespoon of mate. 3. Pour hot water (max 80°). 4. Place your filtering straw and let it infuse for 5 minutes or more. Enjoy, then re-infuse the same dose several times! 🇫🇷 French style (like an infusion) With a teapot/tea filter/infuser mug... 1. For 30 cl of water, add 1 tablespoon of mate. 2. Pour hot water (max 80°), let it infuse for at least 5 minutes. Serve, enjoy, then re-infuse up to 2 to 3 times!
