Soft fascia roll 45 cm long The Classic fascia roller is an effective aid for fascia massage and is ideal for self-massage of leg, back and gluteus muscles. Regular use helps to relieve muscle tension and reduce pain or hardening after training. We recommend the soft fascia roller for beginners as well as for sensitive and very light people. The EVA foam fascia roller is lightweight, handy and, thanks to its length of 45 cm, is also suitable for treating larger areas of the body.
