These scrunchies are great for package fillers! A 50% deal off of our regular wholesale price. These scrunchies are picked at random and could be anything from holidays, to discontinued prints, to our best sellers! It will literally be whatever I grab out of the bag. Depending on quantity duplicates are possible. All scrunchies are handmade by me. They are also handstitched closed, so they are seamless.
