I have reached out many times to discuss issues like product arriving in different packaging...so that it doesn't merchandise well. How can you send the same item in different boxes and then promise to send the boxes but NEVER DO. Then, I do a reorder and get a candle instead of my order....reach out and told the items will ship the next week but THEY DIDN"T and my invoice is ticking away from the date the candle that I DIDN'T order, gets sent to me. This person seems incredibly disorganized
