The puzzles are very well made, have interesting shapes making them a little more difficult, no puzzle dust, bright colors. Packaging could be better. Some of the plastic boxes were cracked and in one case the wood boxes we ordered, titles misspelled. Great customer service remedied the issue by sending more of another product, but not of the nice wood box style. Additionally, there is no puzzle count listed on any of the boxes. For such a great puzzle, would be nice to have upscale box w/ct.
