Duvet d'Anjou wool is a very soft and warm fluffy yarn. The term wool refers to sheep's wool. Once sheared, the wool is sorted and then washed to remove plant debris and suint (animal grease). Angora comes from the all-white long-haired Angora rabbit, raised in Anjou, France. The fur is particularly fine and soft. To keep the rabbit healthy, it is brushed and its fur is regularly collected.
