The 9" Springform pan is great for cheesecakes on other desserts. The pan is made from carbon steel. The base will separate from the pan. See images below. The pan has two layers of ceramic non-stick coating for easy release and easy cleaning. The non-stick ceramic coating is Lead Free, Cadmium Free, PFOS Free, PFOA Free and PTFE Free. Foe best performance we recommend that the pan be hand washed and hand dried. The interior dimensions are 9" x 9" x 2". The exterior dimensions are 10.4" x 6" x 2.9"
