VERY DISAPPOINTED! All my purchases started scratching and tarnishing so quickly. After a lot of messaging they finally agreed to refund me if I could pay for the return shipping. Once they got the items they only refunded me for some and now won't answer my messages. I'm now out of pocket and also having to refund upset customers.

amazing quality, value, style. the packaging is sometimes not great because they stuff everything in a zip lock together. other than that, they are always supportive and will replace if the product isn't received like it should be.
