I first saw the straw toppers in a shop in Another town, and I had to ask a clerk what they were! I found them on Faire and placed an order which was shipped immediately. We sold almost all of the Christmas ones so I ordered more, and I sent a message explaining that we had a Christmas open House in 4 days. I asked them to ship quickly if that was possible, and they arrived in 2 days! Now, for me, that is over the top, exceptional, mind-blowing, etc., etc., customer service. Thank you!
