The cookies are good for shelf-stable cookies. I'm located on the West Coast of the U.S. Unfortunately, the many of the Lemon Curd cookies in the Gift Tin trio were broken. I'm sure the distance in shipping was what caused the damage. Update: Lady Joseph replaced all the broken items and used a different shipping company upon learning of the damage. They were very helpful and prompt communication!
