Our smoked nib brittle is made using o&s cacao beans, “nibs” that have been smoked in our friend Allan Benton's prized smoked house in Madisonville, TN. Once immersed in Benton's signature smoke and encased in buttery brittle we then finish it with a layer of our fudgy 67% chocolate. O&S smoked nib brittle makes for the perfect smoky, sweet, and savory treat! 6 oz.

I test everything before we add it to our online or brick and mortar store and these are crazy good and addicting! Some customers feel it's pricey for "candy" but once they get a taste they love it. These sell well when we put samples out. - Rachelle
