They shipped only half of our order with a note saying the other half shipped in a seperate box. We trusted this even with no tracking. We reached out once and they never responded so we claimed it to be replaced.They then send a message asking me to remove the claim bc it makes them look bad. I said sure please send me tracking. Nothing. Sent 3 more messages no response and they were read. My charges were still on invoice bc it was past claim time. I think they do this on purpose. Never again!

I have ordered several times and have always loved the candles! This order, I had 3 candles that were shattered and 3 candles that had huge air bubbles. I reached out weeks ago about this and still have not received a shipping label to return them or replacements. She asked for pics and I sent them. The whole bottom of the box was covered in glass. It takes a very long time for them to reply and I am just getting the runaround when they do. Unfortunately I will not risk placing another order.

Everything was great until I noticed some of the candles had smeared/scratched and otherwise damaged labels. Very dissappointing since the product itself is great and shipping was very quick and well packaged.
