The sweater I purchased doesn’t quite look like the quality in the photo and has a weird mock neck not shown or described, runs small. The jeans are pretty great for the price, tts! The bracelets were not carded, as indicated, however I did miss that in the description. I assumed they came with the cute cards and will be harder to sell as no good way to display showing them. Some bracelets are better quality than others. I’d order again, but would be more careful

I originally gave this brand a 1 star rating on the products I ordered from them, however given their excellent customer service and response, I am changing my rating to a 5 because customer service in my book goes a long way. Given the excellent service I am going to order again through them hoping it was the products I ordered we not a good fit for what I was looking for. This brand is happy to work with me on future orders when I order again if, I am not happy.
