The overall beads are really lovely. I had a couple issues that were disappointing, but they have been resolved and the brand communicated openly. One item was cancelled before shipping (I’m assuming they were sold out), and another item arrived looking very different from the listing, but again, these were resolved, so don’t hesitate to order as I think you can be confident that they will resolve any issues if they should arise.
