Our poppy seeds are gluten-free. Blue to gray in color, poppy seed is an oil seed. It can be enjoyed on some special breads, pastries, or even aperitif cookies. It gives a slight nutty taste. Poppy seeds are rich in minerals (iodine, magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc) and are a good source of fatty acids.
