Great cards that customers take the time to read and enjoy . . . keeping them in your stores longer. Perfect balance of snarky and sincere. Love that Richie always includes a couple of extra cards outside of what you ordered to show you other options that you might not have previously thought of for yourself. (Usually end up adding those to future orders because she has a knack for knowing what we like!)
