I ordered 5 wigs from this store almost 3 weeks ago. The shipping time frame stated 5-7 days. I received it in 3 weeks. The vendor marked item was shipped in a week but post office didn’t receive items until 2 weeks later. The communication was poor and unprofessional. By the time I received the products, I truly was disappointed in the quality of the wigs. I only received 4 of the 5 wigs. *I was able to return the wigs. The company communicated for return.
