Description
This hat has a luxurious small velvet soft brim and a Yorkshire wool tweed band and top. The stylish blue colour is a Proppa Toppa favourite and looks great with a black winter coat. Finished with a feather and jewel embellishment, this hat is simple yet stylish. Our hats have an elasticated inner band which makes them one size fits most, making them suitable for most head sizes. The small brim is suitable for small face sizes that can be over-powered by a large brim.
