These have been an unexpected addition to our bakery but we're loving that our customers want to take home souvenirs to hang on their wall and remember us by! Customer service is great and the mini pendents are perfect. They have no problem selling at $20 each.

Custom Heritage Name Felt Pennant - Bold
We ordered black custom banners and the proof was true black. When they arrived they were an actually a dark green color. Benoit was nice and quick to replace with a new batch which were just a darker green. With this second batch they said it’s within “normal” range (so they won’t be trying again). Also, the felt has a plastic feel, with a slight sheen. I’m sure their color matching is better for non-black items, but with the felt texture issue we won’t be ordering again.
