The product is treated to look as if it has been handled and circulated. This process is done by hand, and it is both an art and a science, coloring and patinas will vary. I continue to be extremely happy with SPM products. But this review is a nod to their buying policies. I run a very small shop and we don't have room for lots of minimum purchase quantities and high reorder prices that force a small shop to buy more than they can store. SPM is one of those rare shops that participate in the Insider program, have a small reorder minimum AND no qty requirements. I can buy 1 coin or 10. This allows small shops like mine a true control over what we buy. Thanks SPM!
