Hi! I'm Jade! I am the founder, creator and designer of all things Timber Kids. For as long as I can remember I have found comfort in drawing and creating, but as I became an adult it was a passion that was pushed to the side for many years. My eldest daughter has a heath issue and as a consequence we spent many days and nights in hospital, to pass the time I found myself drawing pictures for her to colour in and once again I was hooked on the creativity. Friends and family always commented on my illustrations, so I took the plunge to turn my hobby into a business, to combine my passion for illustration into a way to support my family. This world is our legacy to our children and the generations that follow, therefore all products created with a minimal impact on our environment, a combination of eco-friendly and unique educational resources to inspire little imaginations and will stand the test of time. When you purchase from Timber Kids, you are supporting a small family run business where my children are encourage to participate in all aspects of the process from design to packing and sending orders. Every time a notification is received that an order has been placed we break out in a family happy dance, it might not be pretty to some but to us it truly is a gift of happiness!
