Eywa is an Italian Benefit Corporation, integrating with profit objectives the purpose of having a positive impact on society and the environment. It produces excellent cosmetics through 100% natural formulations, with a focus on environmental sustainability at every stage of the production and distribution cycle. Eywa represents the Great Mother, protector of natural balance, the force that relates all the creatures of the Earth for its preservation. The project was born in Dinderessò, a village in Burkina Faso, where Eywa created a soap factory, which became a source of income for the women in the community. The journey and the search for the perfect ingredient continued in Morocco and Kenya and then relanded in Italy, today in Campania and Sardinia. Eywa studies and manufactures innovative lines of 100% natural, high quality cosmetic products, whose raw materials come from rural areas located in Italy and Africa. The direct relationship with suppliers allows the product to reflect the most authentic soul of the territories and communities. The process put in place guarantees absolute traceability of the supply chain, and direct analyzes on semi-finished products certify the organoleptic qualities necessary for the best natural cosmetic formulations. Eywa renounces the use of traditional plastics with constant research on compostable biopolymers: the packaging was created starting from the 100% recyclable and reusable objective
