apotheC was founded by Chelsea Miles Cleveland in December of 2019 under a Johsua Tree in the Sonana-Mojave Desert. Chelsea is a chef, herbalist and long distance runner who is constantly seeking lifestyle improvements for recovery and sustained energy. In 2018 she experienced traumatic physical burnout and made a b-line to Boulder Colorado chasing resolution in spirituality and self-care. After being there for two short months she met a green witch who introduced her to herbalism. The craft spoke to her as if it was something she had been missing out on in all of her years spent as a plant-based chef. It is because of this journey that she is able to present best practices through her skin care line and adaptogenic un-bakery. apotheC uses 100% USDA certified organic, bioactive, bioavailable, sustainably sourced, fairly traded and wild harvested ingredients sourced from mineral-rich soil & fresh water grown in healthy remote environments untouched by genetically modified organisms and hybridization, no chemical solvents or metals regularly used in the practice of bringing foods to market. *****apotheC was inspired by chefs, herbalists, artists and like minded alchemists who want to make the world a better place. apotheC is raising the bar for self-care though resolute recipes designed for endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory and gastrointestinal performance.
