An arboricultural farm located both in the countryside and in the city, the Sonneur Distillerie offers brandies, liquors, spirits and aperitifs made in the city center of Le Mans. Our 5 hectares of orchards, cultivated organically, are located in Ségrie, on the first slopes of the Mancelles Alps, in the north of the Sarthe department. Opened in June 2019, the Distillery shop offers the direct sale of creations made on site, guided tours of the manufacturing space as well as event and seminar services. Known in particular for having distilled Rillettes brandy in January 2020, the Sonneur Distillerie also makes custom Gins for professionals. She also launched the creation of a whisky in 2021, with the participation of twelve ambassadors, enlightened amateurs selected on the basis of a cover letter.
