I’m Peggy Douglass the owner of A Lovely Mindset LLC. For the past 16 years I have used meditation to regulate my anxiety, help insomnia and depression. I’ve enjoyed its benefits so much that I have become certified in meditation and mindfulness. During one of my meditations it came to me to add in candles to my shop. Growing up my mom had a country store and I’d spend many days helping her to make soy candles. It’s something I purely enjoyed doing. Check out my “Meditative Moments” subscription box or one of my beautiful candles. I only choose vessels that I personally use in my home. Candles are a great way to add a little extra decor to your home! All of my candles are made from soy wax, hand poured by me, and I only use Clean Scents’ which are oils free from carcinogens and other harmful chemicals often found in fragrance.
