Tierra Negra is a premium Mexican dark salsa. It is made with three types of dried chili peppers, cooked in olive oil with all natural ingredients such as onion and garlic, no preservatives and our own seasoning. Tierra Negra is more than just a salsa/sauce, it can be used as a condiment and also enjoyed by chili crisp fans. We enjoy using Tierra Negra on our eggs, steak, seafood and grilled veggies. Tierra Negra was born in 2020. This recipe is inspired by our rich Mexican culture and pays homage to the native lands these beautiful peppers come from. It is a recipe inspired by family, traditions, authentic Mexican flavors plus a modern twist that understands that our consumers want more. More flavor, uses and awareness of what they are consuming.
