ECOCERT FRANCE controls and certifies our products according to the applicable regulations in the French and European markets: Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 and private specifications. All our products come from organic farming, and the drying is done based on customer specifications and on order with the sole purpose of having a long shelf life. The fruits are dried at low temperatures (max 42°C) in regularly inspected dryers. Dried fruit is a product like any other that contains all the nutrients. It is simply dehydrated, which means it has lost between 91-88% of its water. Consumption is done in several forms: molded consumption, direct consumption. The product has a residual water content between 9-12%. This transformation is of particular interest to confectionery and pastry. Dried fruits are consumed during hiking, as a snack, an appetite suppressant, an aperitif, or a dessert. Also ideal for athletes. They are also used in baking and can replace raisins just as well.
