At Peña Luna, we have been dedicated to the production of the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil for several generations. Our goal is to produce the best sustainable EVOO. To this end, we have developed a unique production system with the help of our Portable Ecological Oil Mill, which we are moving through our different olive groves, instead of moving the olive to the oil mill as has been conventionally done. At Peña Luna, we obtain early-extracted monovarietal EVOOs of the Hojiblanca, Arbequina and Koroneiki varieties. When the conventional season begins, we make our Flavor Oils by directly grinding the olive together with Garlic, Basil, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin or Espelette Pepper. Our greatest pride is to have been recognized as the best Organic EVOO in the province of Seville four consecutive years. This achievement is a sign of our commitment to quality and sustainability.
