The Dupont House is an artisanal mustard and vinegar factory, founded by the Dupont family in Normandy, France. Master Artisan Mustard Maker and Vinegar Maker, we revive this passionate craft with a committed approach driven by culinary creativity. We produce our mustards from French mustard seeds. Since our beginnings, we have been relocating the agricultural production of mustard seeds to Normandy. All our products are made by us at the mustard factory. We practice long fermentations and work with a stone mill. Here, we do not simply flavor industrial mustards!! Our recipes develop a balanced aromatic note with a tempered spiciness and a round, fruity acidity carried by cider vinegar. Our Art Deco visual identity illustrates who we are: authenticity, elegance, and accessibility.
