It is a love story that of the Vallarella family. It started in about 1920. We were born producers and became transformers of our production in 1986 with the opening of an oil mill in the city center of Andria. In the new millennium, strong in counting on new innovations to create a product of the highest quality, we have decided to go beyond ourselves in the construction of the new oil mill that counts the latest cutting-edge technologies and of which we can be proud as UNIQUE in ITALY. Our company is entirely organic, we take care of our olive groves according to biological regulations, the time between harvesting and milling is 24 hours and the extraction is cold to make sure that the final product has all the organoleptic characteristics that a good oil product must have. We aim not only to safeguard the product, but also to the health of our customers.
