Hi there!! I am Michelle Danielson, and I am the creative hands, heart and soul behind Grandma Skills® located in Central Minnesota. My husband, son, and 3-legged lab reside on our dream property in a mid-century cabin filled with houseplants, puzzles, and countless family heirlooms sprinkled throughout each room. Early on my grandmother's planted the seeds of creativity and hard work into my life. From sewing, to crocheting, to embroidery, a touch of cooking, and even life skills, they shared it all and played a major role in shaping the person I am today. In 2013 those seedlings began to grow, and I decided to start a small business with the skills that they passed down and Grandma Skills® was born. I love sharing my memories of them and hearing what Grandma Skills® means to others. The best part is that it means something to everyone even if it's a little bit different from my story. Many skills are being lost as time goes on and it's important to me to breathe new life into them and create unique modern designs to share with customers.
