Welcome to my Faire Shop! Hi I'm Hannah from HannahTurpinDesigns and I'm a Brighton based illustrator. I try to take you back in time to the oldie- worldie era of botanical natural history wonderfulness. A lot of my designs take weeks to make as they are very intricate and use a special etching style that I have developed over the years. I take my inspiration from both the natural world that I find myself in and also pages of from old natural history books and botanical drawings. These etching style prints will be a trendy addition to any modern home, or they fit just as well hung on the walls of a rustic farmhouse. My passion is often centred around my love of food!! I likes to create an old world charm and quality to her prints leaving some subtle marks and an aged look and feel. More recently I have been putting some humour into my designs and doing what I call modern botanical prints which are a bit of fun, so incorporating things like donuts or hotdogs into a traditional botanical style. By adding a twist of fun I aim to delight and transform peoples homes!
